Who writes the guides
The MyShp Editorial Team writes and reviews every guide. Each piece is based on how the product works, the questions sellers send to support, and publicly documented WhatsApp Business behaviour — not on copied competitor pages.
How we keep them accurate
We re-check limits, image specifications and setup steps when WhatsApp changes its app, and update the article date when the advice changes. If you spot something out of date, email us and we will fix it.
How we make money
MyShp is free for every store. We do not take a commission, rank products for pay, or sell customer data. That is the whole promise, and it is why the guides can stay free.
